From the moment I enquired about my hair, I felt genuinely cared for. Onay and his team were respectful and polite. Terri was fantastic in advising me after I have been through two years of cancer treatment and felt lost about what to do with my hair and colour. She was sensitive and professional, and I would definitely recommend her and the entire team at the Lounge. I was also treated to real coffee and biscuits, which was a delightful extra. Most importantly, I am thrilled with my hair colour and how natural it looks. On my first outing after the appointment, my friend commented on how great my hair looked, and I’ve already recommended you to her. Thank you—I will definitely return in the future! You listened to my needs and went above and beyond to achieve the hair colour I wanted.
